FMS-MK1000
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
DESCRIPTION
The FMS-MK1000 combines the unmatched capabilities of the OilWear® sensor with an integrated HMI display, delivering real-time machine condition insights directly at the point of operation.
Its advanced sensing technology detects particles and air bubbles as small as 4 microns, classifying them by size range for detailed contamination analysis. This real-time data provides an accurate assessment of machine health based on fluid cleanliness levels and contamination trends.
The FMS-MK1000 is a plug-and-play integration kit compatible with all lubrication and hydraulic systems, regardless of manufacturer or design. The integrated HMI display includes all essential functions for system monitoring, real-time data visualization, and data storage and export via USB. In addition, the system can be remotely connected for lubricant-based digital condition monitoring, ensuring comprehensive asset health tracking and enhanced maintenance decision-making.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
