The FMS-OW1000 is an online condition monitoring sensor designed to detect particles and air bubbles larger than 4 microns within machine fluids and classify them into six size ranges. Engineered for continuous in-line operation, it provides real-time insight into machine health by monitoring fluid contamination levels.

As a key component of any oil cleanliness-based predictive maintenance strategy, the FMS-OW1000 enables early fault detection through the identification of abnormal particle generation, allowing corrective actions to be implemented before failures occur. Its rugged, modular design ensures easy integration into virtually any data acquisition system or Condition Monitoring System (CMS). In addition, all critical operating data is displayed directly on the integrated screen for quick and convenient access.
